Posto Bhaja (ପୋସ୍ଟୋ ଭଜା)

Posto Bhaja ( ପୋସ୍ଟୋ ଭଜା ) is another bhaja that can be made when you make Janhi Aloo Posto, since you would've already prepped the posto for the curry. Janhi Aloo Posto and this bhaja will certainly make you sleepy, so perfect before your Sunday afternoon siesta.

Posto if added in excess can make a dish bitter too so these bhajas are made thin. Posto I would say is an acquired taste, not everyone likes it. As a kid I never liked posto bhaja but now I do.

So here goes the recipe for Posto Bhaja..
