We all remember that special dish mom made and no one could ever make it that way. This blog is my attempt at all those recipes that have been perfected by culinary heroes around me.
Being far away from home we always want to have that little something that reminds us of the warmth of home. I am an Odia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriya_people) and a bit nostalgic hence the blog name. I will be posting my attempts at odia recipes mostly. They might not be 100% authentic or perfect but through my blog I want to get everyone inspired to find their own perfection. :)
